The company was formed to deliver consultancy services to private and public sector organisations in the areas of Training & Human Capacity Development, Manpower Supply Services, Corporate Social Responsibility, Real Estate and Facilities Management.

Since inception, Ace Michaels has had the opportunity to work with prominent companies including but not limited to the Nigerian Gas Company and Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation amongst others.

YETUNDE AJIBADE - Managing Director: A multifaceted lawyer, Ms. Ajibade is also a trainer, a lecturer, a sales expert, and Educationist. Her other areas of interest include Corporate Social Responsibility Advisory, Real Estate, Hospitality and Social Impact Projects.

Ms. Ajibade oversees the strategic direction of Ace Michaels Integrated Services Limited; A training and consulting firm which has conducted over 100 capacity building programs and several strategy sessions for HNI's and corporate organizations in various sectors of the economy. Through her indelible people skills, Ace Michaels has been able to train over three thousand (3,000) people, from executives to front-line staff.

Unsatisfied with the state of Education in Nigeria, After her MA, Ms. Ajibade proceeded to the University of Nottingham, in the UK England to study Education. She has organized workshops to promote the benefits of quality education in the formative years. Ms. Ajibade is accomplished in the field of Human Capital Development with hands on experience in areas such as Curriculum design, Performance Management, Training and Development. As a professional trainer, coach and a lecturer for the Center for Law and business and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Ms. Ajibade has helped many professionals confidently and comfortably navigate business situations for career advancement and success.

She is passionate about children, youth development and women empowerment. She enjoys swimming, travelling and spending quality time with her lovely family when she is not working. She has attended several courses including Senior Management and Strategic Human Resource Programs. Recently, Ms. Ajibade Co-founded GETWORK Nigeria, an initiative hinged on improving the current quality of entry level workforce in Nigeria through training and development, mentoring and recruitment to place suitable candidates in the jobs of their dreams.

BABAJIDE WILLIAMS - Senior Consultant & Coach: is a highly experienced and respected , Project Manager, Human Capacity Development expert and notable public speaker.

He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering, an MSc in Process Engineering, and is currently a PhD research student in the field of Process Engineering.

His professional pedigree also includes Lean Sig Sigma Process Improvement and Quality Certifications (White, Yellow and Black Belts) and associate memberships in the Nigerian Institute for Training & Development (NITAD), the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), and the International Board for Certified Trainers (IBCT).

Having had the privilege of facilitating several training programmes in Nigeria and abroad, he has worked with organisations including Nestle, UAC, Sahara Energy, Skye Bank, Union Bank, and GTB to name but a few.

With his track record of delivering impact-making training and development programmes including but not limited to Personal Effectiveness, Change Management, Stress Management and Emotional Intelligence, Jide is incredibly passionate about knowledge transfer and human development.
